2. The glass worktable of the image measuring instrument can be cleaned with alcohol cotton cloth, and the machine surface at other locations cannot be scrubbed with corrosive cleaners such      as alcohol;


3. Keep the one-click vision measuring away from strong vibration;

 

4. Before using the machine, check and ensure that there are no workpieces, tools or other things on the machine workbench that affect the normal use of the machine;

 

5. Do not rely on the machine when working;

 

6. Do not install software irrelevant to other measurements on the computer of the image measuring instrument.

 

7. The PARAMETERS of the image measuring instrument, such as machine acceleration and speed, cannot be modified at will;

 

8. Do not put your hands on the machine when it is running;

 

9. Never stop or slow down the machine with hands or other temporary tools;

 

10. When executing the workpiece program, first slow down to conduct the experiment, and always put your hand on the emergency stop button;

 

11. When the one-click vision measuring is not used for a long time, it should be turned off and the power supply should be cut off. When it is not used for a short time, the light source should           be turned off through software. When people leave, they must press the emergency stop switch;

 

12. Ensure that the dongle is properly kept and cannot be unplugged or replaced at will.
